Admission to study is based on the results of entrance examinations on the basis of a standard agreement signed by the university with the applicant or other agreements signed by higher education institutions with individuals or legal entities; on the basis of interstate agreements under letters from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
Foreigners are enrolled in full-time or part-time study programmes. Depending on the circumstances, the educational process may also be carried out in a distance or mixed format.

- complete secondary education;
- an invitation from the university to study.
The educational process under the PD study programmes is conducted in Ukrainian or English. The deadline for submitting original documents for studying at the PD is from 1 July to 1 December 2024. The beginning of the study programme: from 1 September, according to the fullness of the groups.
